Multidisciplinary project Sri Lanka 2025

In close collaboration with SpaceEka and Jayampathi Guruge, Michael Maurissens co-led and co-designed a dynamic platform encompassing a range of formats and projects dedicated to fostering artistic collaboration, knowledge exchange, and experimental practices in performance and filmmaking across Sri Lanka. The initiative foregrounds research and critical reflection as integral components of artistic development. Film screenings and Workshops were held at the Goethe-Institut Colombo, BMICH Kamatha in Colombo, and the Eastern University in Trincomalee.
